How Do I Track My Shipment order?
    1. Search for a shipping confirmation email from 2ndgearusa.com, if you have multiple orders or shipments, find the email for the one you want to track.
    2. Find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email or in your user account order information.
    3. Follow the instructions in the email to track your shipment using the tracking number. 
    4. If the tracking from the 2ndgearusa email does not function correctly then try the next step.
    5. Enter your tracking number into the Aftership tracking form and click the orange track button, it will find the carrier associated with the number at the time it is in their possession and give you up to date tracking information.
    6. Sometimes the product you ordered from us may be handled by several carriers before it reaches its delivery destination. 

 

Customers are usually advised to allow up to 24 hours for their shipment's tracking number to be logged by the carrier. If your shipment's tracking is not updating, it could be that the package is yet to be picked up by the courier or that it has been picked up but yet to be scanned.
